Lemon dribble cake (vegan)

I could not be vegan if I couldn’t still devour a seriously moist crumbly lemony drizzle cake on a wet and rainy Sunday afternoon. This recipe works brilliantly and is from the Ms Cupcake cook book. Completely fool proof and dead easy to make.
