Breakfast smoothie!

Woke up to a wet and grey London morning and felt like something creamy and comforting but still healthy and energising. This smoothie is doing the trick nicely.

Ingredients:

1 x banana
Big handful of baby spinach leaves
Juice of 1 lime
Half a cup of soaked almonds
1 cup almond milk
1 tbsp chia seeds

Directions: blend till smooth and creamy!
