Veganuary is a global campaign designed to support people across the globe to go vegan for the month of January.
There’s a great website giving you loads of information on the reasons people should try and live a vegan life and masses of other helpful info such as interviews with committed vegans, a shopping directory, recipes, help on where best to eat out etc.

My plan was to start January vegetarian and I am finding myself going almost vegan, except those eggs. I just love eggs and need that biotin in them for my hair :). But yeah, so glad I found this, will there be a Vegabuary?
Hi Isma. There’s nothing wrong with cutting out what you’re comfortable with and keeping in what you’re not. It shouldn’t be an all or nothing mindset. Any animal products you are able to give up is a good thing! X

Hello @chickenshedsinheaven and thank you for considering me. I am an ‘almost’ vegan but not completely as I eat eggs and honey 🙂 But my lifestyle is vegan and plantbased inspired. I know that ‘almost’ doesn’t count, but you let me know if yes, then I’d be glad to share my vegan-like endeavor 🙂
Yes of course it counts. I hate the all or nothing attitude, it is so counter productive, so ignore the nay-Sayers. I’d love to hear your choices and your reasons etc. is there an email address I can send questions to? Thanks x
